Our acceptance of Your offer will be communicated stand confirmed only when We dispatch the product from our end (in case of multiple products in the same order, dispatch of each product will constitute acceptance of the sale of that product only).

Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL HAPPIPRESS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OF USE, EVEN IF THE USER HAS BEEN INFORMED IN ADVANCE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Force Majeure
Force Majeure shall include contingencies caused by neither of the parties and unforeseen occurrences/circumstances such as war, fire, tempest, floods, earthquake, civil unrest, strike, acts of the Government, or any other event that can be attributable to an act of God and in such an event, none of the parties shall be deemed to have committed any default in the performance of its obligations under this Terms of Use of any other Happipress Policies. In such case, if Happipress cannot deliver the purchased product, except for a refund of payments already received towards the purchased products, Happipress will not be liable for any damage caused to the Buyer.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the Dispute Resolution provisions stated hereinbelow, the Courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of the use of this Website shall be reported to the ‘Grievance Department’ of Happipress at [insert email id]. In the event that the Grievance Department is unable to resolve the dispute within 30 days, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator to be appointed by Happipress. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time. The place of arbitration shall be Mumbai, and the proceedings of arbitration shall be conducted in the English language.

Exchange Policy

Happipress has a no questions asked returns policy.

We are happy to accept any unused product in its original packing within 10 days of delivery.

On returns, we reserve the right to send you a replacement or refund the product amount.

We do not accept returns of any personalized or customized products.

When can you return a product?

We accept product returns if:

You opened the packing and received a damaged product
You have received the wrong item, in terms of product, style, color, and/or size.

What is the procedure for returns?

If you want to return any product because of any of the above two reasons, please get in touch with our Customer Support Team within 48 hours from the receipt of delivery. In case you have received a damaged product, kindly email us images of the product along with the packaging in the condition you received it while registering your return request. Products need to be returned to us in the original packaging. You can speak to our Customer Care representative to understand how best to pack the item for return.
Please use a trackable and reputed courier company for the same. We must receive the return shipment within 7 days of lodging the complaint & receiving the intimation for sending the product back.
Once we receive the returned products and after inspecting the condition (products should be in original packaging and unused condition), we will either send you a replacement OR issue you a refund through an online bank transfer only within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the returned item. We do not offer cash refunds.
Any product purchased at discount prices or on sales/promotion offers will not be returned or exchanged.

We do not reimburse the shipping charges for returns.

Terms and Conditions of Returns:

The final decision on whether a returned item will be approved or rejected lies completely with the Happipress Quality Assurance Team.
The returned items will only be accepted in their original packaging, which includes bags, tags, boxes, invoices, documentation, warranty cards (if any), all accessories, and all the things that were present when the item was delivered to you.
The product you're returning must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. If it is used, damaged, soiled, or altered, the return won't be processed and the items will be sent back to you.
PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE IN DAMAGED OR SOILED CONDITION.
Products in sets cannot be returned individually.
If we are unable to send you a replacement for the item that you have returned, we will offer you a refund for the same./li>

If you have not received the complete order or there are any discrepancies from what you ordered, please contact our Customer Care within 48 hours from the date of delivery to report the issue. No request will be entertained if the concern is not raised within this stipulated period.
