Exchange Policy

Happipress has a no questions asked returns policy.

We are happy to accept any unused product in its original packing within 10 days of delivery.

On returns, we reserve the right to send you a replacement or refund the product amount.

We do not accept returns of any personalised or customised products.

When can you return a product?

We accept product returns if:

  1. You opened the packing and have received a damaged product
  2. You have received the wrong item, in terms of product, style, color and / or size.

What is the procedure for returns?

  1. If you want to return any product because of any of the above two reasons, please get in touch with our Customer Support Team within 48 hours from the receipt of delivery. You can contact our Customer Support Team by sending us an email to mansi@happipress.com or whatsapp us on 7875000888/9920979565 between (Mon - Fri, 10:30 am - 5:30 pm)
  2. In case you have received a damaged product, kindly email us images of the product along with the packaging in the condition you received it, while registering your return request. Products need to be returned to us in the original packaging. You can speak to our Customer Care representative to understand how best to pack the item for return.
  3. Please use a track-able and reputed courier company for the same. We must receive the return shipment within 7 days of lodging the complaint & receiving the intimation for sending the product back.
  4. Once we receive the returned products and after inspecting the condition (products should be in original packaging and un-used condition), we would either send you a replacement OR issue you a refund through an online bank transfer only within 7 working days from the date of receipt of returned item. We do not offer cash refunds.
  5. Any product purchased at discount prices or on sales/promotion offer will not be returned or exchanged.
  6. We do not reimburse the shipping charges for returns.

Terms and Conditions of Returns:

  1. The final decision on whether a returned item will be approved or rejected lies completely with the Happipress Quality Assurance Team.
  2. The returned items will only be accepted in their original packaging, which includes bags, tags, boxes, invoices, documentations, warranty cards (if any), all accessories, and all the things that were present when the item was delivered to you.
  3. The product you're returning must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition. If it is used, damaged, soiled or altered, the return won't be processed and the items will be sent back to you.
  4. PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE IN DAMAGED OR SOILED CONDITION.
  5. Products in sets cannot be returned individually.
  6. If we are unable to send you a replacement of the item that you have returned, we will offer you a refund for the same./li>
  7. Please note that the products might look different from the ones you see on the website.
  8. If you have not received the complete order or there are any discrepancies from what you had ordered, please contact our Customer Care within 48 hours from the date of delivery to report the issue. No request will be entertained if concern is not raised within this stipulated period.
