How is my order confirmed?

When will my order be shipped?
Depending on the product, we will ship it within 3 to 5 working days. Final delivery time will vary based on location.
We ship on all days except - Sunday and public holidays.
Happipress shall deliver products at the shipping address provided by you at the time of placing the order. You shall be solely responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is correct. The Buyer cannot change the shipping address after placing the order unless otherwise expressly agreed by Happipress. If the Buyer seeks to ship products to different addresses, he/she shall place multiple orders.
Happipress shall endeavor to adhere to the delivery timelines stated at the time of confirmation of the order. However, there might be circumstances beyond Happipress’ control which may cause a delay in delivery. In such cases, Happipress shall ensure delivery in the earliest possible time frame.
What are the shipping charges?
The shipping charge is specified separately for every product and depends on the weight. For multiple products ordered the programme adds up the total of all individual shipping charges. Thus, a customer who orders three products is charged the total of all individual delivery charges associated with each product. Thus the delivery fee is calculated separately when a customer orders different products. For multiple products ordered the programme adds up the total weight and calculates the shipping charge depending on the total weight.
Happipress reserves the right to cancel the order in the event of more than 3 failed attempts at delivery due to the fault of the Buyer. In such an event, payments already made shall be refunded in accordance with the Refund Policy of Happipress.
Will I receive an invoice with my product?
All products will be shipped with their respective invoices. In the event the invoice is not received, the Buyer may call Happipress customer care number at +91 22 99209 79565 (Monday to Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m), or write an e-mail to [email protected] mentioning the order reference number.
I have received a damaged product, what should I do?
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. We request you to take a picture of the same and send to us before you send it back with the delivery person. In the event that you have received a damaged product, please initiate a return or email us on [email protected] or call us at +91 22 99209 79565 (Monday to Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m), with the order reference number and will resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
